This is the only contact channel for this website. We aim to reply to legitimate enquiries within a few business days. There is no phone line, no live chat and no contact form — partly because we do not want to collect data we have no use for.
What we can help with
- Corrections: something on this website is inaccurate, out of date or unclear.
- Questions about our advertising disclosure, privacy policy or terms of use.
- Trademark or intellectual property concerns from a rights holder.
- Press, partnership or advertising enquiries.
- Requests relating to correspondence you have previously sent us.
What we cannot help with
We are not the seller. This website does not process orders, take payments, hold stock, ship goods or provide after-sales support. If you have bought something after clicking through from here, we have no record of it and no access to it.
Writing to us about any of the following will only delay you:
- Where is my order, and when will it arrive?
- I want to cancel or change my order.
- I want a refund, or I want to return an item.
- My item arrived damaged, faulty or different from expected.
- I want to make a warranty claim.
- I was charged incorrectly, or I do not recognize a charge.
- I need product specifications, a manual or technical support.
Who to contact instead
The merchant that fulfilled your order handles all of the above. You can identify them in three places:
- Your order confirmation email — it will name the seller and usually include a support address.
- Your card or bank statement — the descriptor next to the charge is the merchant.
- The checkout page where you paid — its footer normally carries the seller's legal name and contact details.
If you cannot locate the merchant at all, your card issuer or payment provider can identify the recipient of the payment and advise you on the dispute options available to you.
Please do not send us
Payment card numbers, bank details, passwords, Social Security or other government identification numbers, or health information. We have no legitimate need for any of it, and we do not want to be holding it.
